Breast Augmentation
Breast augmentation — also known as augmentation mammoplasty — is surgery to increase breast size. It involves placing breast implants under breast tissue or chest muscles.
Breast implants come in round and teardrop shapes and can be filled with silicone, a cohesive gel, or saline, a saltwater solution. Silicone breast implants tend to feel more like natural breast tissue and, when shaped like a teardrop, may even be able to produce lifelike results when placed above muscles in the chest.
About
Types of Breast Augmentation
01.
Fat transfer breast augmentation
Fat transfer breast augmentation is a surgical procedure in which a surgeon takes fat from one part of your body and uses it to make your breasts bigger. The surgeon will remove the fat using liposuction and then inject it into your breasts.
02.
Breast augmentation surgery
Breast augmentation is a surgical procedure where the breast size is enhanced. Augmentation can be from the placement of an implant, or less commonly, thru fat transfer. Breast augmentation is one of the most commonly performed plastic surgery procedures in the United States.
03.
Boob Augmentation
Boob augmentation is done by placing implants behind breast tissue or under the chest muscle.
04.
Natural breast implants
Natural breast augmentation is a type of procedure that can give you larger breasts, without the need for a foreign body to be implanted.
05.
Large breast implants
Large breast implants are generally considered to be 600 cubic centimeters (cc) and up. For most women, breast implants of between 600cc and 700cc would give them DD sized breasts or even larger, depending on the size of their breasts to begin with.
06.
Gummy breast implants
“Gummy bear” is the non-scientific term for form-stable or highly cohesive silicone gel implants.

About
What are the steps of a breast augmentation procedure?
Breast augmentation involves inserting breast implants underneath your breast tissue or chest muscles to create more breast volume.
Step 1 – Anesthesia
During the surgical procedure, you will be given medications to help you relax. Intravenous sedation and general anesthesia are two options. Your doctor will advise you on the best course of action.
Step 2 – The incision
To reduce visual scars, incisions are performed in inconspicuous spots. You and your plastic surgeon will talk about which incision alternatives are best for your goals. The areolar edge (peri-areolar incision), the fold under the breast (inframammary fold), and the armpit are all alternatives for incisions (axillary incision). A belly-button approach is linked to a higher risk of complications.
Step 3 – Inserting and placing the breast implant
Following the incision, a breast implant is put into a pocket that is either: A. Below the pectoralis major muscle (a submuscular placement) B. Behind the breast tissue, directly over the pectoral muscle (submammary/subglandular location) The method for placing and setting breast implants is determined by the type of implant, desired degree of enlargement, body type, and advice from your surgeon.
Step 4 – Closing the incisions
Step 5 – See the results
Our Purpose
The goal is always a NATURAL result
The majority of women who visit me for a breast augmentation are either full-time mothers or working professionals. Their goal is to restore the fullness in their breasts that has been lost due to pregnancy and/or breastfeeding, weight loss, or just the passage of time.
Breast augmentation is an excellent technique for ladies who want bigger breasts with a NATURAL outcome, similar to how they look in a (padded) bra. It can be done as part of a Mommy Makeover or as a stand-alone procedure.
